Michelle Wincell O'Leary is the Author of Starlight, A Collection of Poems (1996) and Flow in the Present, a Conscious Present Moment Energetics Journey into the Multidimensional Realms (2024). She's a Conscious Co-Creator and living proof that higher conscious attunement will change your life.

Michelle has mastered energetic living throughfully fully immersing within her own consciousness, while simultaneously engaging in uplifting others. Her teachings and tools are based in modern Counseling Psychology, ancient practices of Peace & Wisdom, and through Mastering Alchemy where she practices amongst the collective of Mastery level Co-Creators.

Michelle's led an extensive career as a Licensed Mental Health Professional and Executive Health, Wellness & Housing Innovator. She's been a therapist for decades working with people from all over the world, across the lifespan, and from a multitude of lived experiences.

She's a collaborator, partnership builder and community engager that co-led the award-wining design for Healing Environments as Housing with Health & Wellness services for people living with mental health conditions and without homes.

Michelle was raised in a suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she lived with her parents and sibling. She is a grateful mother to an amazing adult son. She received her Master's from the University of Denver in 1994.
